The ETDCC is a foundation member of the SACA dating back to 1897, and is home to current Redbacks Jake Lehmann and Luke Robins. We have a proud history of producing players to play for South Australia and Australia.

Under 14 – Players must be under the age of 14 as at 1/9/2021

Trial dates: Wednesday 21st April 2021 – 5.30pm to 7.00pm and Thursday 29th April 2021 – 5.30pm to 7.00pm.
Location: Mega Courts Indoor Sports, Albert Street, Windsor Gardens.

Under 16 – Players must be under the age of 16 as at 1/9/2021

Trial dates: Thursday 22nd April 2021 – 5.30pm to 7.00pm and Wednesday 28th April 2021 – 5.30pm to 7.00pm.
Location: Mega Courts Indoor Sports, Albert Street, Windsor Gardens.

Due to Covid provisions, please register attendance at the trials by emailing name & DOB of by Sunday 18th April 2021 to: etdccjuniors@gmail.com

We ask that all players trialing in the age groups above bring along a $10 (cash) trial fee on the first trial date

All players will need their own cricket equipment and cricket ball (156g is prescribed for both age groups) to use during the sessions

The club would like to congratulate Luke Szabo on making the Under 15 state squad. Unfortunately Cricket Australia suspended all national carnivals this season due to COVID-19, but Luke and the rest of the squad will be playing in the Prince Alfred College Invitation Tournament from the 7th-12th of December.

Registration for the trials is compulsory in order to be able to attend, and even if you previously registered for the postponed trials from March/April, we ask that you please register details again. Please refer to the instructions on the enclosed flyer for how to register. Also note the relevant age criteria applicable to each squad.

ETDCC Junior Trials *POSTPONED*

Due to the current situation regarding Coronavirus and on the advice of Cricket Australia to cancel all cricket programs, we will unfortunately have to postpone the trials for the junior teams until a later date. Information with regards to the new dates will be communicated once the health and safety of all involved can be guaranteed.

For those of you who aren’t aware, the Ray Sutton Shield competition is held on 5 consecutive Sunday afternoons in the early part of the season. This year it starts on Sunday 20/10, and runs thru till 17/11. (Plus a final on 24/11, if we make it thru.)

There will be no extra trainings for the RSS squad as they are all already training together in our U14s.

A cap presentation for this squad will be held at our club season launch on Thursday night 3/10 from approx 7.15pm. We would love to see as many of the boys there as possible to receive their caps.
